Conversion of Aeronautical Chart
The base map was in low resolution jpeg format. Most of the time it's preferable for the map to use vectors for describing the image rather than pixels. This is because the vector data is compact and scales so there is no loss of quality when the image is magnified. We converted the paper map to downloadable high resolution, multi layered detailed digital maps in Adobe Illustrator and PDF format. All high resolution digital maps had fully-editable layers, graphics and text. Our Illustrator map art files are directly editable in Adobe Illustrator, with all main map objects residing on their own layers. |

We can offer layered Adobe Illustrator maps as vector PDF maps, vector EPS maps or high resolution JPEG maps ranging from simple, blank maps, to detailed maps with multiple layers within 2-4 business days. We simplified the map for the island if VIS and customized it by marking the required places. The output was delivered in high quality EPS format. |
